Megan Rodgers - Toddler Lead Teacher

I was born in Tennessee and moved frequently throughout my life. After living in Washington for nine years, I moved to Montana in 2026. I have worked in early childhood education for nine years and am currently pursuing an associate degree in the field. I also have a daughter and two dogs. My experiences as a parent, student, and educator have shaped my understanding of how important a supportive learning environment is for young children. I enjoy helping children grow, build confidence, and develop the skills they need to succeed. As I continue my education, I hope to strengthen my knowledge and become even more effective in supporting children and families.
